What materials are your products made of?

Our jewelry is handcrafted from the finest ethically sourced materials and designed for everyday wear. We pay close attention to the materials we use. All our pieces are made of 925 sterling silver with 14K gold bath or Rhodium bath. Non of BIANCA GIA jewelry contains Nickel or other types of heavy metals.

We use high-quality Zircons and semi-precious stones. (Semi-precious stones vary slightly in tone due to their natural origin. These color variations will not be considered quality defects or defects.)

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Although we strive to make durable pieces, jewelry is delicate by nature. Treat your jewelry with care, avoiding blows that can damage or scratch them. Although they are very comfortable, we recommend that you take them off before sleeping, playing sports or showering. Bathrooms also react to external agents such as air or light, so tarnishing or loss of shine, although gradual, is a natural process. They can also be affected by chemicals such as creams, perfumes, makeup, body oils, lotions, cleaning products, chlorine, salt water or the skin's own pH.

BIANCA GIA does not guarantee that the gold plating of our models will last forever. Gold-plated pieces are more fragile and susceptible to discoloration over time. The speed at which this color disappears depends on multiple factors such as the use of chemical products on the skin, the level of body sweating, or even the same PH level of the skin of each person. For this reason, it is especially important to take proper care of your gold-plated jewelry.

Can I cancel or update my order?

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

Can I change my address?

If you need to make a change to your address, please reach out within 12 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept different payment methods:

· We accept payment via ZELLE.

How do discount codes work?

In the purchase process, when you start the Checkout, you will find: Do you have a discount coupon? both in the first summary step and in the third payment step.

Insert the coupon in the field and click "Apply" and it will be applied automatically.

How can I return my order?

Send the package on your own with the courier service of your choice(shipping costs and possible customs fees related to the shipment will be borne by you) to the following address:

What are the conditions to return?

Return Reasons

*I chose the wrong size

*The product is not what I expected

*I received my order in poor conditions

In all cases, the returned products must be in perfect condition and show no evident signs of use, or else no return will be carried out. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to make sure that the items arrive to us in perfect condition. If you have trouble finding suitable packaging, we recommend using the original box that your order came in. If the items are received in poor condition, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.

Conditions

*You have 30 days from the delivery date of your order to request an exchange or a return.

*You will receive the refund through the same payment method used by purchasing. This refund can be made up to 2-14 days after receiving your parcel in our warehouse. Please note that the shipping costs of the original order are excluded from the amount to be refunded.

*We will not be responsible for any loss of the package during its shipment. It will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package arrives in our facilities in perfect conditions.

*In case the order contains promotional products, these must be returned if, due to the return, the order does not fulfil with the conditions of the promotion.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently we do not have a physical store but we are creating a red of sales point and you will see the shop list on our web very soon.
